The integration of methodologies (Baldrige, Lean, Six SIgma) and its effect on process  

Mike Pickels will discuss Baldrige, Lean and Six Sigma tools & methodologies, these tools could be used in different way and you will understand its effect on process improvements.

Mike is the Director of Quality at High Point Regional Health System, a 400-bed hospital in North Carolina. He joined the healthcare industry five years ago after serving nearly 20 years in the Finance industry. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with over 10 years of experience with project management and software system development and implementation.

Mike serves as a Malcolm Baldrige Quality Program Expert at High Point, leads the Balanced Scorecard process for the Health System, and provides guidance and support to 5 Black Belts and 60 Green Belts. He has a BS from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MHA from Pfeiffer University.
